We are Paul and Robin Daoust the owners of both the roastery and the coffee shop that sit alongside the 219. My love of coffee… good coffee, has been a longstanding thing. Paul however loves the roaster. It must have been an Industrial Mechanic's dream to see that shiny new Diederichs Roaster!!

THE SPECIALTY JOURNEY
The roasting originally began by Nick and Val many years prior, had started out with them, some green beans, and their very own hot air popcorn popper.
Striving for smooth coffee, unburnt yet flavourful and satisfying to the taste buds. With each tasting and more tasting and then tweaking and tweaking again…… what truly beautiful results were achieved!
